Story: A whacky entertainer, the story begins with Prem Kapoor (Salman) who is the darling of his large family (Mahesh manjrekar, anuradha patel, manoj pahwa, manoj joshi etc). Prem is a very intelligent man and at the same time very helpful in nature. The elders at his home decide to get him married to an NRI girl. In comes Sanjana (Asin) as the prospect. However, she is not the real girl and soon, her identity is discovered by Prem. Their love-hate relationship ends up in love. But then, Sanjana has been escaping from her dangerous uncles (sharad saxena, akhilendra mishra) since they want her property and become big enemies due to that. Prem enters the field and decides to settle this problem. How he does that forms the rest of the story. Presentation: The director has come up with an appealing storyline and while the presentation was appealing, the narrative was breezy. The dialogues were the key part, the script was written without much flaws and the screenplay was slow at few places. Background score was nice but songs were the real highlight. Cinematography was good despite the technology used. Editing was required during key situations. Costumes were excellent while the art department was matching the situations. Salman Khan walks away with the lion's share and he has portrayed his abilities to the fullest. Asin was competent and still has that natural sex appeal. Paresh Rawal was the best among the lot, Mahesh Manjrekar was hilarious with his double meaning dialogues, Akhilendra Mishra was entertaining. Sharad Saxena was standard, Manoj Pahwa was lively, Manoj Sharma was moderate, the guest appearances by Ajay Devgn, Kangna Ranaut, Sanjay Dutt, Zarine Khan was enjoyable. Conclusion: The film happens to be the remake of the Telugu super hit movie 'Ready' directed by Srinu Vaitla. While the film did have few changes in terms of script during the first half, the real fun begins during the second half. The technical values were effective and execution was nice. However, one must not compare it to the original and watch it like a straight film. At the box office, this will attract huge opening collections due to the star power and the hype created.
